University of the Third Age

In our society, people aged 50+ have great developmental potential. They are competent in many areas, have life experience and influence not only their families but also society. Seniors and seniors are also capable of studying and often undertake studies. For them, on 13 October 2009, we inaugurated the University of the Third Age (UTA) at the Ignatianum, with the motto:

Man - Religion - Culture - Society

We attach great importance to values, especially the priority of "being" over "having". Classes at the UTA include lectures, participation in freely chosen conferences, cultural and artistic events. You can use the offer in various ways, e.g. by satisfying yourself with lectures or expanding your cultural and religious formation.
